Star cricketer Virat Kohli said he wants to win the IPL trophy just like Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s women’s team did. They won the Women’s Premier League recently, but the men’s team hasn’t won the IPL in 16 years.
“It was amazing to watch them win. I hope we can win both trophies,” Kohli said. He’s been with RCB for 17 seasons and believes in his skills and experience to make the dream of winning the IPL come true this year.
“I’ve always dreamt of winning the IPL. I’ll do my best to win it for the team and the fans,” Kohli added.
Kohli, who’s scored the most runs in the IPL, promised to keep playing with passion and intensity. “Our fans love us because of how we play. I promise to keep that spirit alive,” he said.
